Refund and Return Policy – SkyOiler 360

Thank you for purchasing the SkyOiler 360. We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our product. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our product (containing electrical components and lithium batteries), returns are subject to the following conditions:

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your SkyOiler 360 arrives damaged or does not function properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]

  • Include your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description

  • We will respond within 2 business days with instructions

3. Returns Process (Approved Returns Only)

If your return is approved (damage/defect only):

  1. Package the unit securely in its original packaging (if possible)

  2. Include all components: pump, battery, fob, dial, bracket, and accessories

  3. Ship to the address provided in our return authorization email

Important: Lithium batteries are dangerous goods. You must follow the shipping instructions provided. Do not drop off at unapproved locations.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved: Refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping: We will provide a prepaid label for approved defective returns

You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

  • Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

  • Products with missing components

  • Lithium batteries that have been removed from the unit or damaged

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
