Commercial Shipping
SkyOiler 360 systems are shipped using professional carriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery for commercial environments.
Lead Time
Orders are processed within 6–8 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Freight
Shipping is calculated after checkout.
Because each order varies based on location, size, and delivery requirements:

- Confirm the most efficient shipping method
- Provide a freight quote for approval
- Arrange shipment once approved
We ship using UPS, DHL, FedEx, and freight carriers.
Use Your Own Freight (Optional)
You may choose to arrange your own shipping.
If using your own carrier, please provide:
- Carrier name
- Account number
- Service level (ground, express, etc.)
- Pickup instructions
You can enter this information at checkout or contact us directly.
Our team will coordinate pickup from our facility.
Please note:
- All shipping details must be confirmed prior to release
- Risk transfers upon pickup by your carrier
- SkyOiler 360 is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues once the shipment has been handed over
Battery & Handling
Your unit includes a standard rechargeable battery and ships using regular commercial carrier services, with no special handling delays.
Duties & Taxes
- Canada: GST/HST applied at checkout
- International: Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery Requirements
- A commercial or physical address is required (no PO boxes)
- The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate access for delivery (e.g., loading dock, forklift if required)
- Someone may need to be available to receive the shipment
