Three-Stage Brush Technology

SkyOiler 360 uses a three-stage brush system designed to clean, distribute, and finish the rope service process.

• Coarse brushes help remove built-up debris

• Medium brushes help distribute lubricant

• Fine brushes help create a smooth, even finish

The brushes only engage the ropes during service, then retract when not in use to help reduce unnecessary wear and extend brush life.

Metered Lubrication With the Pump Unit

When connected to the SkyOiler 360 Pump Unit, the Universal Mount w/ Brush Heads becomes part of a repeatable metered lubrication process.

Your mechanic enters:

• Number of ropes

• Rope diameter

The SkyOiler 360 lubrication calculator provides the recommended pump dial setting for that elevator.

How It Works

1. Install the Mounted Rope Cleaning/Oiling Head Assembly on the elevator.

2. For cleaning only, engage the brush system and run the cleaning pass.

3. For lubrication, connect the SkyOiler 360 mobile Pump Unit.

4. Use the lubrication calculator to set the pump dial.

5. Run the hands-free cleaning and precision lubrication pass.

6. Retract the head when complete.

7. Leave it installed for the next visit or remove and relocate if needed.

Choose the Right Width

6-inch Cleaning/Oiling Head Assembly
Best for standard applications. For wider rope sets, the head can slide along the rail and be run in multiple passes.

12-inch Cleaning/Oiling Head Assembly
Best for wider rope sets where faster coverage and fewer passes are preferred.
